Winning OVERALL Results Despite HORRIBLE 2 Week Run
Runs like our recent 15 day horror show are going to happen: 9/6 through 9/12 (20-39-3: -33.76 units). We're still in the middle of a SOLID 9 Month run.
Remember, we're in this for the long haul. We EXPECT occasional setbacks before reaching new highs!! And also realize that win% means absolutely nothing in MLB because we're playing against a money line, so you can be under 50% win% and still show a profit (if you play mainly dogs), and you can also be picking 65% winners and be losing money (if you're laying big prices constantly). There's no right or wrong about how to approach the money line in MLB, it's all about the value. We play a nice mix of dogs & moderate favorites and are at the high end of where we expect to be for the season (+3.2% of the volume: +13.46 Units on a volume of 627.00 units put into action). Winning 9 Month Overall Results: +2.0% / Volume
Take a look below at out overall win percent over the last 9+ Months (approaching 1000 picks). We're 507-468-17 (+33.27 Units) . So a $100 per unit player is +$3.327 since 12/15. Is it a lot of money? Well considering we rate our Daily Report Releases between 1-2 Units (with an occasional rare 4 Unit Double Play), for the most part their max bet is $200. But here's the clincher... the reason why we're the REAL DEAL when it comes to honesty & intedgrity in our money management recommendations. We suggest a 1% risk of your OVERALL bankroll per unit. The $100 per unit player is required to have a $10,000 bankroll. So with each Unit representing 1% of your BR, when a new client gets on board at the "wrong time" (like on Super Bowl Sunday: 2/5... the start of a 3 week skid in which we proceeded to lose -33.47 Units), it's just 34% of his overall BR leaving about two thirds to still play so he's able to reap the rewards when things finally turn around (as they ALWAYS do). But don't forget the GREAT RUN we were on before that skid... from 12/15 - 2/4 we netted a PROFIT of +51.31 Units!!
Bottom line is that the Daily Reports are all about grinding out a profit over the long haul. We put in action about 2500 Units per year and expect to profit anywhere from +70 to +100 net Units (between 3% - 4% of all monies put into action: The Volume). So with a +100 Unit year, you're DOUBLING your investment (your bankroll is your investment since it is your "start up capital" for this "business"). To better understand, refer to our article on Sports Investing. And there, my friends, lies the problem. It's the NUMBER ONE KILLER for the novice sports bettor and it's called, simply put. (and sorry to be so harsh on all you rookies): NO IDEA WHAT YOU"RE DOING WHEN SETTING YOUR WAGER AMOUNTS!!! But in all fairness, in some cases we really can't blame you because you're in it for the ACTION... the EXCITEMENT of the POSSIBILITY of turning your $10K into $25K in a few weeks with the cooperation of the Game Gods. Can it happen? You betcha!! If you got on board with us in mid December betting $500-$1000 per game ($500 per unit), you'd have made over +$25,000 profit by 2/4 (7 weeks). Easy to say now, but that's just it... we never know when the runs are coming. And on the flip side of this illustration, what if you got on board on SB Sunday (2/5) going those numbers...? You would have lasted until 2/20, JUST 16 DAYS!!! You'd have looked back saying "...well, I took a shot..." We're not in this to take "shots" and cater to undisciplined clients' $625 per day "habits"...
